Our Story​

Salty Ventures Lombok was built from being on the ground.

After more than ten years of traveling the world

as a self-employed digital nomad, Dominik arrived in Lombok in 2025

and quickly recognized the island’s unique potential.

 

Around the same time, his longtime friend Yaro - who had already spent extended

periods on Lombok over several years - shared the same vision of building something here.

 

What started as a simple idea became their first concrete project.

They identified a gap in the local food market and

established PT Salty Ventures Lombok,

launching their first operational business in Kuta.

 

Through living and operating locally,

they developed a deep understanding

of Lombok’s growth and land market.

This naturally led to identifying off-market land opportunities

and building the foundation for Salty Ventures’ real estate activities.

Today, based in Kuta Lombok, Salty Ventures focuses

on sourcing and developing strategic land opportunities,

built on real presence, local knowledge, and long-term commitment.
